Newsletter
Addresses and Mailing
Periodically, I receive word that someone is not receiving their
Newsletters. I usually discover that they had been taken off the
mailer after a Newsletter is returned from the post office
marked “temporary away”. (Which we are charged $0.39)
When you are going to have your mail stopped while you are away,
notify me in advance with the dates you will be gone and I’ll
set up a tickler file to put you back on the mailer the date you
are scheduled to return. Also, if you are moving please notify
me and give me your new address so I can make the appropriate
changes to the mail list.
Doing the above will save the chapter costs and insure your
receipt of the Newsletters. Usually the costs are double the
postage because by the time we get the first one returned from
the post office another Newsletter is in the mail.
Door Prizes
Note: We are in need of door prizes for the weekly drawing. See
Sony Satre, Program Chairman if you can donate an item.
Make sure you sign your dinner ticket to be eligible to win. You
must be present to win. |
