Report from
Your Membership Committee
Thank you to all those members that saved us postage by paying
their dues at the door before we mailed out the notices and/or
picked up their cards.
Your membership team began the year with high hopes of meeting
our goal of 900 members. We still rank 1st in the State and 3rd
in the nation, but others are closing in. If 1/3 of our members
signed up one new member we would meet or exceed our goals. When
you sign up a new member you each receive a $5 meal discount
chit.
It would be nice to have all members paid and our membership up
by the April State convention. Thanks to your help we are ahead
of last year with 63% having paid their dues and signed up 30
new members as of 12/29/05.
Door Prizes
Note: We are in need of door prizes for the weekly drawing. See
Sonny Satre, program chairman if you can donate an item.
Make sure you sign your dinner ticket to be eligible to win. You
must be present to win. |

Ice Fishing
Outing Update
Three Mile Lake, Jan. 20, 21 and 22, 2006. All cabins have been
rented. If you want to participate contact one of the following
members who have rented the cabins: Dale Schroeder, Jim Durbala,
George Pierce, Ron Cain, Ike Patterson, Jeff Gibson, Dennis
Orfield, Fred Noon, Rich Galloway, Dan Herum, Bill Connelly, Rod
Kent or Carl Horstman.

Christmas Party Raffle Results
In addition to the many money raffle winners, (too many to
mention, but I won one…Surprise! Surprise!), Joe Gavin won the
Golden Boy Henry rifle, Ben Taylor the Knight rifle, Kelly
Cortum the Winchester Ranger 12ga., Sonny Satre the Benelli
12ga., Vivian Vogel the Rod and Reel, Jim Durbala the Ikes
Jacket, and Jay Samuelson the Ikes Shirt. The Remington 270
rifle has not been claimed. If you have the orange ticket
#460752 bring it in and claim your prize. If it is not claimed
in thirty days we may have a new raffle to give it away.
